Ha ha she’s Over It now. She hates the car, hates it hates it. Just after I took that video I let her out of the box, because I knew I wasn’t opening the car door until we were home and she goes outside sometimes so I knew she could find her way back if she got out in our yard, and she was SO MAD that the outside of the box wasn’t any better than the inside.
But she’s totally forgotten about being mad now, which is what I’d been hoping. She does not, in fact, seem traumatized. Phew.
(They sent her home with a report card. It said she was a “love bug”, which is not surprising, and they’d crossed out “barking” and written in “meowing”. The majority of their clientele is, unsurprisingly, dogs.)
