i maybe overdid it but i’ve done three loads of laundry and transformed the rapidly-going-mushy giant bag o apples into a batch of– i don’t know, something that will ferment, in my big 5gal fermenter. It’s a bunch of pureed apples and sugar and water and yeast. we’ll see.
now i’m exhausted and have a pounding headache. i probably could have driven 300 miles today, but my coworker has a bronchial infection and asked me to cover for him tomorrow so since i haven’t left yet, i will. so i’m gonna work half a day and *then* drive 300 miles tomorrow. This can’t possibly go wrong given that all I’ve done for four straight days now is lie very still, cough some, and sleep a lot.
It’ll be fine.
