I came here for something else and was distracted by RIP my mentions. Well, fuck Fidelis, it stands to reason they’d be shit about trans care too but apparently they’re shit for everything, so, I don’t feel bad.
It’s funny, I only chose them sort of by accident; I’d tried to read all through the options but it was extremely confusing, everything was hectic, it was an emergency, and I really thought I’d picked someone else, but looking back, I think I just got confused. Anyway, I’m glad several thousand people are now aware that Fidelis fucking suck. Also I left them cc’d on all my back and forth with other health insurance companies, so.
Out of all the reblogs and retags there was only one absolute moron bitching about how he didn’t want to pay for my birth control (uh, buddy, that’s my health insurance, I’m shopping for health insurance, I’m not asking you for a handout), and I went to his blog to see if I should bother calling him out, and the whole thing was so fucking incoherent… it’s a real person not a bot, I think, but he’s so fuck-stupid, and– clearly literally no one reads his shit or follows him or engages with him in any way, so I was like, why break the streak? I could send a nasty anon note but it would probably make him jizz himself because literally nobody’s ever talked to him before), and everyone else was either signal boosting, expressing polite dismay, or corroborating, which is how I know how shitty they are about trans people too. So, fuck ‘em!
Oh I came here to bitch about the original novel that wants me to write it now. I should never ever have thought about original novels. They’re like particularly stubborn weeds. And you think you’ve pulled them and then they shed seeds everywhere. argh.
