I can read the new Martha Wells book
Maybe I’m too sick to do anything coherent with my life but there’s a new Raksura book out, I’m going to read the hell out of it
The Edge of Worlds
I love how you can get ebooks instantly now. The first time I bought any Martha Wells books, ereaders weren’t really a thing yet, and the Ile-Rien trilogy arrived immediately before the crazy blizzard of October 2006, and I got through two days of power outage by sitting in my mother-not-in-law’s bay window reading by candlelight. Everyone else was bored, but I could not have been happier.
I’m going to get through this flu with my Kindle, some tea, and this new book. :)
