ugh i have a fever and my joints ache and my hands are freezing and my chest feels like it’s full of hot gravel and i’m trying to Hydrate It Away but that just means i need to pee constantly and am slightly nauseous, but also I am hungry because i was too weak to forage this morning and it is just A Terrible Thing All Around to be me
I’d go home sick but there are a couple of things I need to get done and I’m totally Dying and Can’t Do Them so it’s kind of circular here, I gotta finish them so I can go but I can’t go because I can’t finish them. Ughhhhhh.

My coworker is still out sick with this same flu/cold/whatever and he opines that he is also possibly dying. Which of us will make it in tomorrow? what happens if neither of us does? well, he’s salaried and I’m hourly, so– I actually don’t know.
I am basically a puddle of goo at the moment and not capable of deeper critical thought, and cursing myself for having left complicated things to do today but they weren’t ready yesterday, I have to do them today.
