huh well. that’s a lot of notifications, but not as many as i was afraid of. only one nazi collaborator yelling about free speech, and only one person who was so incoherent i couldn’t tell if they were for or against the concept. a humorous number of people reblogging to say “this will never work!” when it’s like, bro, it’s an awareness thing, so thanks for amplifying, it just *did* work…
And one request to run a semi-related campaign, which i might go reblog the original of, but it’s for a cause I don’t know anything about and have no information to add to, so. I mean, cool, but I don’t actually have any clout, that post only got any legs because I tagged the OP of the already-viral post originating the idea, and that person reblogged it. I have less than 1k followers– which is surely more than I deserve, but is still in the grand scheme of things not very many.
Anyway. I just figured, I have Photoshop, I’d make a graphic, since I’m participating anyway. And also I *think* I’m currently a relatively uncontroversial person so there shouldn’t be anyone waiting around to dogpile me for anything they can find… right?
(I say that, but when I was in my 20s I actually had problems with somebody/ies, I never found out who it was, but there was someone who liked to find me on the Internet and send links of me to RL people and such, and it was very weird, and I think they’ve lost interest but that’s the kind of thing you’re never really free of. I never paid much attention to it, because it would have driven me crazy, but I did know it was going on.)
