Video showing cool chemical reaction upon adding lemon juice to a batch of honey-sweetened basil tea with red midnight basil and lemon basil in it. Afterward the tea is pink and has suspended lemon floaties in it, but it’s delicious. (Sound has more explanatory narration but idk why it happens so it’s not extremely explanatory…)
