Summary:
Poe kisses the side of her knee, lets his teeth edge against the shadow of the soft underside that makes Rey’s toes curl, her thigh tense up ticklishly. “You wanna go again?” She’s come twice on his tongue and fingers tonight, which is how he ended up halfway down the mattress, stroking her calf, eyes half-closed and a little sleepy.
Or, the one that is A 5x Fic Of Roughly A Year In The Sex Life Of Poe and Rey.
Dear everyone, or that portion of everyone who are into fiercely loving and extensively detailed sex, often with bonus telepathy: a special rec for you, courtesy of me, my id, and my inner fifteen year old.
So taken up with my id was I that I failed to notice Finn just… Doesn’t exist in this narrative. There’s plenty of supporting characters but no Finn. That is not a good thing.
It’s good! It’s super good! But it’s just– deeply weird because amid all the scorching-hot sex and great emotional development, there’s a big supporting cast and well-fleshed-out setting and yet it is literally as if Finn never existed at any point in the timeline and that is deeply unsettling. So I guess it’s an A/U where Poe rescued himself and idk what happened for the rest of the movie– and, again, it’s good, it’s just super weird. Snap has lines, Pava has lines, Kes Dameron is in it and great, but Finn isn’t even mentioned or alluded to in any way. So read it for good het smut and some solid characterizations and good fluff, but just know to prepare yourself that like, the person Rey interacted with the #1 most in canon just never existed in this ‘verse. If you’re ready for it, maybe it won’t weird you out as much.
