I feel like it’s a little-discussed thing here on Tumblr that if you have one popular post, every time it gets a bump, your second-most popular post gets a bump too, and I think it’s because Tumblr shows “related” content, and if you’ve got only like three popular posts, it considers them all related to one another.
Which is all to say that the Livejournal Strikethrough throwback post to 2017 got revived recently, probably because of the current final death throes of that site, and that means that people are also reblogging Dealing With Your Inevitable Crush, and I’m goddamn delighted. Mostly because I remember how excited I was back then about the fandom, and it’s nice to revisit that.
