another beauty observation:
full-face makeup is not for blondes who are supremely lazy about keeping up on their copious-but-semi-invisible facial hair.
I’ve noticed this before and I do recall I went so far as to ask on here for tips for removing facial hair but then I went thru a solid, uh, real long time of being too depressed to attempt full-face makeup so I forgot about it and uh
wow I have a moustache
do I have to get rid of it if I want to paint my face
I probably do blergh

That’s true, my bad. Of course it’s out there. what was I thinking!!!
I just meant, now that’s basically moved it to the mainstream.
I suppose it’s a misnomer to call it mpreg though, because as Oscar points out, these guys are freaking aliens, it’s very small-minded of us to assume that they’d have a gender binary. Who among us has really written the truly-alien-SW fic with proper alien genders???

In the evisceration off-season sometimes I go a bit overboard with my nail freedom. Not too shabby for three different colors applied in a moving car (I’m not driving, for once).

wrangletangle:
I wish I were an artist so I could illustrate the ambiguous name problem on AO3. Like, even if we played Go Fish with just Marvel wranglers, it would go something like this:
Player 1, from MCU: Got any Hopes?
Player 2, from Comics: Argh! **hands over 6 cards**
Player 1: Ha! With my 2, that’s… is 8 the set?
Player 3, from some cartoon somewhere: Hehehe nope!
Repeat ad nauseum with Player 1 handing 3 Peters to the comics and 2 Wards to the cartoons, Player 2 handing 3 Thors to the MCU, and the X-Men player cackling wildly as they cash in all the Eriks at once, followed by all the Bobbys.
Maybe then it would be easier to understand why including only part of a character’s name in a freeform can cause problems for users who just want to find works for their beloved Sam, and not every one of the dozens (maybe hundreds?) of Sams on the archive.
Love your audience! Tell them who you mean in each tag, because they could be hoping for something exactly like your work but not be willing to wade through all the other Wades to find it.
