I've found like twelve pencil skirt tutorials, and the thing is: can I wear a high-waisted skirt on purpose without looking like all boobs?
I may just make a skirt to hit at my natural waist, which is pretty high, and hope for the best... out of this upholstery fabric remnant...
@polaroidbaby27 That's where The Bombs got her name. I just don't want my boobs hanging down over the waistband; that seems... unattractive.
Something I've learned about sewing bras already: It's not as hard as it sounds. No, it's harder.
