Try soaking the whites in a tub full of water and cream of tartar, I bet they'll whiten right up!

I soaked them for about an hour in a tub with Oxy Clean and detergent, and scrubbed at the stains, then washed them with a pre-soak and an extra rinse, and they are acceptable-- I just have to hope they dry in time. Four layers of canvas, not dryer-friendly, and a photoshoot at 6pm today! I'm a little annoyed I didn't pull them out last week when I first knew about this, but I was procrastinating.
Cream of tartar, eh? I got some shirts that may need that treatment. Does it stain if there's a non-white portion of the fabric?
