Since I rambled so much before, here's a quick list of things i planted today, mostly for my own reference.
Today is the average frost-free date for my zip code. It may freeze up until May 17th, but most years it does not. (I think, anyway. I am not good at averages and the such.)
Anyway.
I planted out several cherry tomato plants I had started from seed about 6 weeks ago, and two jalapeno plants, and a basil plant, and transplanted more of same into larger pots. That was it for live plants.
Seeds:
I planted spinach, radishes, turnips, pole beans, lettuce, beets, melons, zucchini, acorn squash, and cucumbers which after I set up the trellis and everything, I realized were bush cucumbers. OH WELL, they're going up a trellis anyway!!
I also planted a few marigolds (seeds) and climbing nasturtiums.
Yup, that's all.
