dragonlady7Good: planted all the peas in the new garden bed. Five or six varieties. I have a few seeds left; may tuck another planting in somewhere, but I am not going to hurry just yet-- I have the bulk of them planted now, in two beds. So good.
Bad: I have really awful cramps. I mean debilitatingly painful. Am going to lie down for a bit.
Good: Have done a bit of the finishing work on the dress. It fits reasonably well and looks rather like I had hoped it would.
Bad: Can't tell whether it really fits until I get the fasteners in place and try it on for real. At least I've realized this and am doing the finishing bits in order this time, instead of finishing it carefully all the places I'd have to pick out if I need to adjust the fit, like I have done the last two times. (Don't save the closure for last because you're procrastinating: do it first even though it's hardest, because it determines how the others will be.)
Good: Practice tonight. I love team practice.
Bad: Did I mention the debilitating cramps? Yes, they go away once I'm skating hard, mostly, but if I die before that stage that isn't exactly easy to accomplish.
Good: My sunburn has eased its horrible prickly itching, though not entirely.
Bad: Having to go without a bra yesterday because I couldn't endure it was really unpleasant-- I get really bad body image issues when I can't wear something at least marginally supportive!! The giant t-shirt I spent yesterday in made me feel horrible and by the end of the evening I was really feeling bad. Some of it might be hormones, but most of it is just that my boobs can't be left unattended like that, or I get really awful body image issues. Good to know? I guess?
