feels splodey
not sleepy before 11:30 pm; can't fall asleep till after midnight. no matter what something always wakes me at 5 am, cats usually. cat parade 5-7. Best sleep I get is btwn 8 and 9 am. can't sleep later.
desperately tired after a solid week or more of this. (earlier in the week i kept staying up til 2-3, then keeping to same schedule. not good.)
head huuuuurts
