I figured having work today while everyone else had off would be a great opportunity to catch up on all the sales-related, as opposed to customer-service-putting-out-fires-as-they-happen, crap at work that's been piling up.

CRAZIES.
ALL DAY LONG.
I had a woman mutter at me for half an hour as she tried to remember what she bought and when she bought it.
I am finding crazies of all kinds requiring urgent customer service and coming out of the bloody woodwork.
I even got cussed out within the first thirty seconds of sitting down at the switchboard, because someone had gotten disconnected from Hold.
AUUUUGGGHHHHH.
*collapses into despair*
Also I have to look hot for the calendar photo shoot tonight and I am BLEEDING LIKE A STUCK PIG and feeling distinctly unsexy.
