Former derby skater problems: looking for shorts to wear to hold my leggings up, can only find scarlet glitter booty shorts.
With all the layers I’m wearing, if I take off my sweater and dress, I’m basically cosplaying a superhero underneath. I should take a picture but it’s too cold in here to take off the sweater and dress.
But for your edification: thigh-high purple socks over pale blue fleece leggings, held up with garters safety-pinned to red glitter shorts; top is blue tank top with bedazzled/beaded front to show thru wrap-front dress.
I’m wearing a medium blue sweater dress and a gray cardigan so i swear I mostly look normal to the unsuspecting viewer; the thigh-highs are long enough that they look like tights.
Texas: Be horrified by the politics, but white knuckle through it because it’s March 4th and today’s high is 77F.
Yeah it’ll be 60 this weekend though and my snowdrops are already blooming, and I have three open and accessible women’s health clinics in my city alone, let alone my state. So… I’ll deal with a couple of icicles and dress creatively in layers.
