Hi Bridget,
I am the customer service rep for this company and I have not responded to you simply because I have been waiting for the owners to get back from a show they have been doing all weekend and week. I wanted them to read your letter and let me know what could be done to compensate you for the error. I don't know who responded to you with the shipping details as you said if they read the letter they would know you got the package and you don't need shipping info. We have had several complaints as well as compliments towards our grab bag special. Like you some other people about three in all had received what was not the grab bag but just a bag filled with stockings all the same. This was a factory error and should not have happened but unfortunately it did. Other have e-mailed me raving about what a good idea the grab bags were. Like I told the other customers I am deeply sorry I know you must have been excited to get 10 different pairs and even more disappointed to receive ones all the same. Some customers packages with the grab bags even got lost through the mail and weren't able to be replaced as we are out of those particular stockings. We were honestly not tricking anyone it was just an error that happened. I feel the same way as you that the government lies to me enough so I try to let people know everything straight up. Like I said before I am waiting for them to get back tomorrow to ask them what I can do since I just don't have the authority to make these decisions on my own. I am also going to make sure they read your letter as it was well written and should be read by the owners so they know how customers feel about certain things. Once they come in tomorrow and read your letter and tell me what to do in response I will e-mail you back with their decision. Again sorry for the mishap I did see some of the grab bags and they were not what you described but I also have heard form other customers that say they received the same item 10 times. So you will be hearing from me tomorrow letting you know what solution they came up with.

Hi Bridget,
Sorry it took so long they were at a show until Wensday and then were in the city at meetings all Thursday and Friday. I have finally showed them your e-mail today and they are going to send you out a new Grab Bag. Since we do not have anymore of the original Grab Bags left as I told you before you will be getting much better quality stockings then you would have originally received. Those were just an over-stock supply and these are ones we sell on our site stating at $10 each. They felt really bad that had happened and were very impressed with you letter so they wanted to make it up to you. I am going to send you a pre-paid envelope today so all you have to do is tape up the old package, stick the label on and return it to us. It is going to take a little longer to get your order ready but once we receive the bad grab bag back to us we will ship out the new one right away. Again sorry about the inconvenience.

OMG man. I guess I'll take back the nasty things I said. I'm glad I didn't say anything nastier. Well, which is why I suppose I didn't say anything nastier...
So, we'll see how this goes.
I admit I haven't yet unsubscribed from their emails and I actually do want to buy some of the stuff in their fall collection. Maybe I can actually do so... Though I think I'll be spending most of my extra cash on house stuff for the forseeable future...

Anyway. There's the end of that story-- possibly. We'll see what they really send me. :)
