Is the message below a reply to the email I sent you on July 31st?
The email in which I complained that I did not receive anything remotely similar to what I ordered?
You sent me the tracking info?
If I was complaining about the order, I must have received it. It does not seem to me like it would be advanced mind-reading to figure out that I'm not asking you for tracking info.
I've been waiting for several days, waiting for you to actually read the email I sent you and apologize for doing something so profoundly rude and disrespectful, but you haven't, so I'm following up.
I am going to re-send the email I sent. If you could please read it. I searched all over the site and this is the only email address, so apparently it's not just that I sent an email to the address that is only meant for sending the tracking info. This is the address for all questions. It's inexcusible that you didn't read my email! I work in customer service too and if I did something so profoundly insulting I'd be fired! I can't believe you.
