Full of Grace actually has about 20k words worth of additional material that is just waiting for me to get it together and post it. I had to go on hiatus for late December to do a challenge I signed up for, and then I accidentally an original novel, and then I accidentally a Star Wars novel. But while I think I might scale back a couple aspects of it and try to wrap it up sooner than I might have, I do actually have a couple of really major sections mostly complete, and will be posting them as soon as I have a chance to get back to them. I did not mean to go on hiatus, I just needed to take care of these other things in the interim.
I had sort of figured updates would slow down, but I didn’t think it’d be so long. I am sad about that.
As far as a schedule goes, I’m not good at writing out schedules or the like. I also work part-time on a farm and that season is starting to heat up– the greenhouses start up in earnest in March, and I’m going to have to be traveling to take care of that. So it’s hard to say exactly.
But I do have more than plans, I have concrete completed things to post there, just nothing quite ready to go now. I might actually end Full of Grace, and make a new story? I’ve been really struggling with that. And it turns out that’s actually what the Star Wars project wound up being about? It was an experiment in discipline and structure and i’ve learned a ton from it so far. It’s not quite done, but when it goes up, FoG is almost certainly the next thing on the docket, if I don’t take another short break to write the last, like, four thousand words or so of the enormous unfinished hell that is A Face Built For Gettin’ Punched, which is like 200k words long and needs, like, a quarter of a chapter, because I am sad and pathetic.
