OK, I'll do it too. Yay! I've done and won NaNoWriMo like four or five times and still don't have a manuscript quite polished enough to shop around. I'm going to work on a manuscript I've halfheartedly rewritten like eight or nine times now, and figure this will give me focus to rewrite the bits that need rewrote.

Incidentally I quit my job three years ago and started to work as a waitress because that would let me focus on my writing, because oh my sensitive artistic spirit, doing all this writing for work was making it impossible for me to focus on my creative writing. Yeah. Two weeks ago I quit the waitressing and started an office job again because guess what? Grass isn't so green once you get to the other side of the fence. So we'll see if I can make myself write more now that I write for my day job too. It could work; who knows?

Anyway, motivation I got, the capacity to produce insane wordcounts I got. But do I got 90 days of disciplined, reasonably-paced work in me? Oh, we shall see, my pretties: we shall see.

(edit: Of course, I am speaking of novel_in_90, and had intended to post this there, but you know, whatever. :))

Awesome! I've been trying to feel out that community for a week or so now, but it's hard because it's kinda big. It'll be nice to have a friendly face there. :D

Totally. Oh shit, I meant to post this entry there. Well, whatever. Do I really need to introduce myself there? Everyone else is too and it's like a big old festival of posting-a-lot. :/ Maybe I'll just comment on other people's entries?
