dragonlady7The first complete draft of the Barbarians Novel is FINISHED.
it needs a lot of work. but the whole story is there. compared to actually writing it, the work still needed is very minor.
HA HA HA HA.
Now I have to put clothes on and go get Z from the airport. He is supposed to be arriving at gate 11 at 11:50, which means I ought to leave here at 11:20, which means I should not be as semi-nude as I am at the moment. But I have to revel, for just a moment, in the fact that I just wrote a line and said, "Hey! The loose ends are all tied up and that's a good stopping spot!"
It's a good line, too. But I suppose writing it here would be a spoiler.

I don't know that anyone cares, but I'm pleased with myself nonetheless.
Don't ask about the wordcount-- I'm rather embarrassed by it. We'll work on that in a bit.
