Z is messing with me and I am in No State to be messed with*. I need a synonym for "pish-tosh", which, for ~~the idiotic~~ those who don't know, is a dismissive, slightly nonsensical statement indicating "Your argument is ridiculous", to be said by a woman who would not utter the syllables "pish-tosh", namely a pseudo-Baltic pre-Dark Ages peasant woman with a no-nonsense, fearless attitude.

I committed acts of violence, at least verbally, when Roget's Thesaurus was suggested, and threatened worse when said thesaurus returned no results for "dismissive". So this is important, folks.

* What this means is that I am drunk and belligerent. There is a time when a girl who is half Irish, part Dutch (as in, immigrated to Manhattan in 1641 Dutch), and part Palatinate Pre-German (as in, immigrated to the Van Rensselaer Estate in 1720 from the Palatine which later became part of Germany, I mean a century and a half later but that still makes me German sort of, right?), as well as descended from some odd half-assed Scots (dude's name, and I ain't making this up, was Launcelot Junco), and then raised by complete and utter freaks, should not be messed with. And this is one of those times.

It is decidedly unfortunate that when tipsy Z's inherent Latvian tool-ness comes out, because this is rather a conflict of personalities. Me, I get violent. That doesn't combine well. And yet, we keep doing this.
He's going to wind up flattened one day, that boy. Domestic violence is a tragic and real thing, and the fact that I outweigh him by at least 40 pounds and have beaten him in arm-wrestling makes it yet more tragic and somewhat backwards.
