dragonlady7At this moment, it's the scheduler I mind. The man is like, some sort of insane chimpanzee with ADD.
Just got a call. Apparently I was supposed to work 2:00 to 8:30 today. I didn't know, so I didn't show, and didn't call in.
I checked my dayplanner and today is erased and written over three or four times. There's the crossmark I use for a day off, and then 9:30-4:30 is erased, and 2:00-8:30 is there, but it's partially erased. I'm not sure which is the most recent. It's perfectly possible the 2:00 one is on the current schedule-- indeed, probable-- but holy hell, they only posted the most recent version on Friday, if I recall correctly. (It would say, on the schedule. Which, by the way, they had taken down yesterday when I clocked out and went over to glance at it.)
Which means I have Tues, Weds, and Thurs off, instead of Mon, Tue, and Thurs. And also means they'll probably suspend me for a day, which means I will be off Friday as well.
Which means:
I will make absolutely no money this week.
Hurrah!
If they even fire me over this I will spit in their faces, those same faces that didn't fire Tammy-NHRM for walking out. Fuckas! And then I'll collect unemployment, and get some goddamn writing done.
