dragonlady7I just went shopping and bought PANSIES. I am so excited.
Also, $100 worth of booze. That, I am pleased by, but not as much. Oh wait-- I have Jack now. Jack and coke and some gardening, anyone??? Now where did I put my work gloves and those ridiculous capri pants I hate and don't mind mudstaining?
The cutest part was that Dave was as excited about the pansies as me. Well, almost. He pointed to a flat of orange-and-purple ones and said, "I like those!" And when we got them home, he took the flat out of the car and began referring to them as 'the dudes' because I'd said they were like sweet little faces. "Where shall I put the dudes?"
He's back to work programming, but at least his bed is next to the door onto the back porch. I've propped it open and opened all the windows so he'll get some fresh air. So it's just like he's outside. :)
