Dave: Do you want me to come?
Me: *shrug* It could be fun. I'm just gonna go get some pants. Oh, then we could go get lunch somewhere.
Dave: *face lights up* Ok! *gets up and gets dressed*
So, the secret is, offer food, and they'll put up with looking at your ass for a while. ;)
(Note: I am wearing the once-too-small pants and have managed to cram my overstuffed wallet, as well as my cellphone, into the pockets. Wow! Still room! I am so skinny! Prepare for me to be thoroughly humbled when I come home.)
