Dave is taking a bath. Not a shower.
We've lived together over two years now and I've never known him to do that. He always takes showers in the morning, not baths at night.
Do I know this boy at all?
Man.
Actually I don't think I've ever had a male roommate take a bath instead of a shower. Weird. I mostly just take baths when I have sore muscles or want to shave my legs.
Wonder if he's shaving his legs in there.
Man, I'm alive with curiosity over here.

Sometimes Rick takes baths when he has a bad headache. He says the heat helps him relax (as his are mostly stress headaches to begin with) and I taught him to use Epsom salts for those achy muscles and joints. But yeah, the first time he asked me if he could go soak in the tub for a while I just about choked. After three years of marriage (at that point) he had finally managed to startle me.

Date: 2005-01-26 04:56 am (UTC)You didn't see him trying to fit six feet three inches of bony boy-ness into that little tub! I couldn't have fit so much as my foot in there! His knees stuck up almost to the ceiling!
He's kind of particular about his personal space anyhow. I take showers with him and he's all... "Er, could you pass the soap? I'm trying to get clean over here." Missing the point. But what can you do?
In the meantime... he cleaned [some of] the house today!! (OK, I didn't notice until he pointed it out. But anyway. He did!
Who is he and what's happened to the real Dave??
