dragonlady7so, Evil Dead II is totally worth watching. Watch the "Gore The Merrier" documentary afterward, with particular attention to the end sequence: "Evil Dead... Baby!"
Actually, watch that first. Then the movie's funnier.
Especially with all the footage of the director and the main actor doing Stooges routines in makeup.
But the first Evil Dead movie?
Don't watch that one.
Also, the extras are lame.
II? Totally fast-paced and not at all creepy. Just... freaky. And... funny.
Next up? Well, next time we find someone with a DVD player, we'll watch Army of Darkness. And then...
Yeah, it's tough getting your money's worth out of your Netflix subscription when your goddamn DVD drive is freaking broken.... But we manage somehow.
