Hey- I replied to it on my LJ, but I don't know how this works- so I"m replying here too. I'm thrilled that what I wrote there struck a chord- you use it all you want, steal from it, quote it, emblazen it in the minds of fellow fanfic refugees like ourselves. You're right. Fanfic will always be there....taking the risk of writing original fic deserves at least 1/12th of the calendar year. Great quote!
