I made it rain!
I have my own version of a rain-dance, see. Yesterday, last night I should say, Dave and I sat on the back porch waiting for it to rain. It was dark, it was gusty, it was threatening, but it was not raining. Not like we haven't had enough rain this summer, but we were just sort of in a mood to watch rain now that we have a cool place to watch it from. Also, if it didn't rain, we'd have to water the lawn.
But it didn't.
And today, the sun never really came up. There have been low threatening clouds all day, and it's been just, just about to rain-- ALL DAY.

So finally, I decided that Nature had to shit or get off the pot. So I did my special rain-dance.

What is this rain-dance, you ask?

I got on my bike and went on a really long ride. Sure enough, at the farthest point from home, it started raining.

I'm so proud.

And wet.
