dave has promised me ljupdate capabilities with my blog. Soon. So.
also, i'm writing a novel, a real honest-to-god, thought-out-beforehand, plot-driven novel free of things i can't cut because i'm sentimentally attached to them. yes, a real novel.
i wrote 40,000 words of preparatory nonsense last week, trying to get the idea in the first place, and have written a further 15,000 words this weekend that are the beginnings of the plot.
it's awful, but it's load-bearing.
so, stay tuned and maybe eventually i'll have excerpts worked up.
