we're all gonna die

Life expectancy in Britain poised to fall for first time in a century, due to an epidemic of obesity among children.
When coupled with the fact that the world birthrate is falling and disease is ravaging those few countries with continued exponential population growth...
Well now. Post-apocalyptic scenario time, anyone?
On other notes, I have no time to write about how awesome philadelphia was, or how hard the BNL show there rocked. I will soon, I hope. I may be looking into integrating my livejournal with my new, not-yet-launched Movable Type blog-- but don't know how yet. We'll see.
In the meantime, working on the business will resume tonight (took weekend off) and we'll see how that goes. Hopefully I'll get better-organized and thus will have more time to update my various journals in a more reasonable fashion.
Sigh.
