The first, cheesy stuff is meant to be a chronicle detailing the events of a time somewhat distant, on a world that is blatantly fictional.
And below it, in different-colored text, are the responses of three of the actual people that the stories are about. The first is Laureleai, in a bubblier handwritten font, in dark red. The second, in blue 'notepad' scribble, is Cauryen, no longer an infant child. And the third, in a crazy handwriting font, is none other than Tomeen himself.
It's a little sample of what I want that section to be about; retelling stories and finding truth. What's real versus what makes a good story. And of course, as it's all fictional, what's "real" will in the end be the best story.
I dunno that this is what it'll actually be like, but it's 3 a.m. so this seems shiny to me.
