Today is Sesame Street’s birthday. We might not have everything in the whole wide world, but Grover is welcome anytime.
This book, from an exhibition marking the 10th anniversary of the show at our National Museum of American History, is now in Smithsonian Institution Archives.
I READ THIS BOOK SO MUCH AS A KID! and, bonus, my mom found it again and now we can read it to my niece. I heard my sister reading it to her and I had this intense memory of reading it, I could remember the font and the positions of the words on the pages and oh my gosh. What a cute book this is. I’m so amused that it’s in the Smithsonian.
