Try writing a nonfiction book, then. I sometimes amuse myself writing instruction manuals or tutorials or something like that, where there's no story. I have even written fake instruction manuals for technologies that don't exist... it's not a story! and then my brain inexorably fills in a story around it, LOL. IDK that it'd work for you but I've tricked myself in various ways before. I've also written like, essays and meta-commentary and that sort of thing, to get me going on writing.
