The stretches are ridiculously easy but they do help.
If you look it up on youtube there's film of lots of PTs performing the stretches. I'd describe them but it's probably easier to see them yourself.
Since I've been doing them regularly my foot will excuse me occasionally making a non-supportive shoe choice. :D
