I don't have a proper diagnosis, I only know my foot hurts sometimes and when I Googled it, it lined up most with the things I read about PF. So i don't know any stretches; I got recs on what shoes to try from a RL acquaintance who had a terrible bout of PF last year sometime. I've had problems with inadequate arch support damaging my knee tendons in the past, though, so I already owned shoe inserts-- and that's part of how I narrowed it down, because I already had those inserts in my farm boots and noticed that my foot didn't hurt at all after a slaughter day I spent in those boots, despite my having been on my feet for nine hours unrelentingly. So-- whatever's wrong, bare feet or flat flip-flops are now officially The Worst. I haven't gone on from that at all, though.
