It would probably be smart of me to stop by a DSW and see if there's anything marginally fashionable I can fit my arch support shoe inserts into. Otherwise nothing is going to be better than anything else, I've got like-- plantar fascitis or something, happening, and the only thing that keeps the pain down if I have to stand or walk for more than a few minutes is orthopedic arch support.
It's just that I own and love these strappy heels and they are normally fine for me to wear, except that my right foot is attempting to secede.
