I know it’s a quiet season (though I wish I could break the stats down a little more to find out if that was true last year; I sure don’t remember a slump like this), I know I am a little manic at the moment and need to chill, but I woke up this morning and went to my gmail inbox and saw that I had two comments on fics, and that’s a lot more than I’ve gotten lately, and I was super excited and read everything else in my inbox first and made myself wait, and clicked through and–
I’m not a big noise or anything in fandom, but I’ve had enough stuff written and been around long enough to have gotten some of the weird/mean/inexplicable/jerky comments over the years, but I really didn’t need one to be right now.
