seriously they don’t howl or bark they make these weird spaceship woop woop noises in this babbling collective and it is so fucking eerie

if you look up eerie in the dictionary it is just “the noises coyotes make in the middle of the goddamn night”

so take that and then imagine that instead of on the second-floor of a timber-frame slate-roof building I’m in a yurt made of lath and canvas
