current mood: @ my gastrointestinal system: WHY

it is 5 am and i’ve been awake 2 hours with a vague feeling of Ick

the hilarious part is that i gotta take the cat to the vet on thurs and was thinking of taking the day off to attempt to tidy my house, so i’d already discussed it and made arrangements

but now i’m up all night and feel like crap and want to call in today

but i left myself a bunch of stuff to get done today at work and it literally doesn’t matter it’s just annoyingly disorganized and ????

anyway. i could just. not go in. that would be ok. i just probably won’t get my house cleaned if i lie around moaning all day

but maybe this feeling of ick will resolve itself! i’ll try to get all my loafing done between now and 8am so i can nap instead and then be useful

please let me get to be useful i need to fix my house

jesus christ this was a fact I could have happily gone to the grave not knowing

certainly gives me more enthusiasm for eating oranges, knowing that my body could just up and explode if I don’t

I probably should not bring this to the attention of any Stucky writers like @bomberqueen17 or @silentwalrus1 or @dsudis. That would be just terrible.

Bizarrely enough, I already used this in a Stargate: Atlantis fic. 

(And, lamely, it wasn’t actually that i had this happen as a plot point, i used it in a metaphor. maybe that’s where i’m going wrong in life.)

like a moron i went to work anyway because being awake since 2am with a tummyache is no big and i got a nap from 6-7 so it’s super fine! catsnuggles are worth like, six hours of sleep, even if they keep you awake! 

and i’m not wearing enough clothing for how goddamn cold it is in here and my belly won’t settle down. i managed to get some coffee in it, which was a stupid idea but better that than a caffeine withdrawal headache, but i just– it doesn’t want to stay there. i’m gonna be a total moron and try granola now. watch how badly this is gonna go.

i don’t have to stick around, but i came all this way. i only really came in because i forgot my lunchbox yesterday and my wallet’s in it and I don’t want to leave my wallet at work and not have it with me. 

Whine whine whine. My tummy just hurts, is all, and I’m totally unable to deal with that like a grownup.
