OW I just managed to dislodge a light fixture right down onto my head.

That's a huge bump.

I was trying to affix a quilt over my unused front door because it is motherfucking cold outside and I am damn tired of having the heat on all the damn time because my nose and throat are so motherfucking dry I'm afraid of nosebleeds.
I have a comforter hung over my picture window.
It is supposed to plummet down into the single digits tonight.
I'm glad I put insulating plastic on my leakiest windows after all...
