dragonlady7Well, in four years of dating/living together I've never managed to get Z to celebrate Valentine's Day at all, not even a little. Not even when I pointed out that if he doesn't celebrate Valentine's, then how can we celebrate Steak and Blowjob Day?
I did tell Z that since he didn't buy me a Christmas present this year (oooohhh. Didn't blog that, did I? No, he said he was going to worry about it after he got back from California, so I bought him a bunch of shirts on sale and he... didn't buy me anything at all) he could get me a remote for my digital camera and I'd reward him by taking smutty pinup pictures of myself for him (I won't explain why I really want it but there are a bunch of reasons, mostly not pornographic), but so far he doesn't seem convinced.
I'll be lucky if I get a smooch. But he did make me casserole last night, so I guess I am not unloved.
Mostly, however, I am annoyed this morning because we were supposed to get dumped on with snow and looking out the window, it looks like maybe six inches. Come on. I squeaked out of work early and drove home like a bat out of hell because I was so scared of getting trapped at work by tEh BLizzard, and they cancelled practice and we all went home and what-- this? Pfeh.
I was really hoping for a snow day, with hot chocolate and skiving work and whatnot. Looks like nope. BAH. They didn't even cancel school for the kids across the street.
