And I apologize if I come across as attacking Christians at any point-- I know you are one, but I also know you are a true, genuine one, and I have been deeply moved by your explorations of the meaning of love, which as far as I was raised is what the faith is meant to be about. I certainly am not saying this is true of Christians-- only a certain, painfully loud subsection of people who call themselves such and yet instead of love preach only hate.
