More updates from Iraq-- spring is coming, there, and it remains quiet.

Hello family -
   we had another slow day today, which I guess is good.  I need to come up with a hobby that I can do at my desk, aside from reading and writing letters.  Fortunately, my many windows all open, and it was very nice again today - even a little warm.  We have birds singing and trees growing here too - of course, they do have leaves, but they're a very dusty green. 
   Anyway, not much to report.  I look forward to letters and packages - Bryant sent the ones I made for myself on Monday, so hopefully I'll see it early next week.  It just has some of my fun stuff in it.  Have a lovely day - say hello to Scout for me.  Love you all!
