I am trying to stay awake until at least 8:00 before I collapse into bed. This is the view from where I am sitting; that is the bank of the creek, and the sun lowering through the leaves. Behind me is the vegetable garden, and I’m periodically yelling at the deer and turkeys trying to pillage it.
