They’re installing the kitchen countertops today and i’m like weirdly over-excited about it and i’m just like

idk it’s not gonna be done when they’re done but for some reason it feels Important

listen we’ll take our dopamine where we can get it, if we’re super-pumped about countertops then we’ll be super pumped and by we i mean me

Once the countertops are in they can start installing the tile and the plumber can come and then i can have a kitchennnnnnnnnnnnnn and figure out what color to paint it and finally finish putting everything back into it and it’s a lot of work so i’m trying to be excited about it instead of dreading it and we shall see.

i had a great idea for a mural for the basement stairwell wall but do i really have time for that? maybe i should just stencil it instead… (Your picture was not posted)
