Woke up in a confused panic in the middle of the night last night (I had forgotten because I otherwise slept like The Dead, holy cow, did I need that) when Reno the cat jumped up onto the bed.
MM is violently allergic to animals in general, mostly, so there are no pets in the house. I started awake and stared at Reno, recognized that he was a cat, recognized that he was that specific cat, and then still had to separately reason out the realization of where I was. I was really like how would Reno have gotten here before I could even start to figure out that it was I who had gotten into his house…
Anyway. I’m a doof, and boy has this been a weird spring.
