Oh yes, we were discussing that article this morning. People are freaking out over that, but the point of it is that it's meant to keep the rest of NYC from dying while their hospitals entirely turn over to dealing with the epidemic. It's a bit premature to dismiss it as useless, I think; it arrived less than 24 hours ago.
