It LEAKED this weekend. Like.... the whole reason we spent thousands of dollars on a new one is because the old one was leaking, I don't want to just accept that sometimes the basement is full of water! Argh!
Thanks for the sympathy, it helps at least. They're sending someone tomorrow to look at it but I have... not a lot of hope.
